2. The site is information, not an offer

Descriptions of our services, fleet, certifications, and capacity are provided for general information. They are not an offer capable of acceptance and do not form a contract. Fuel pricing moves with prevailing daily market rates and is quoted separately in writing.

Nothing here is a warranty that a particular product, quantity, or delivery window will be available.

3. Requests sent through this site

The request form opens a message in your own email application. Sending it starts a conversation; it does not create a contract, reserve fuel, or schedule a delivery. A booking exists only once we confirm it in writing.

Do not use this site to report a spill, a fire, or any other emergency. Use the emergency contact details in your service agreement, and the appropriate airport and emergency authorities.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully, or in a way that damages or impairs it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its hosting;
• submit false, misleading, or another person's details through the form;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content except as ordinary search engine indexing;
• reproduce our content commercially without written permission.

The content, layout, photography, and code of this site are owned by Orocovis Petroleum Corp. or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other laws. The Orocovis Petroleum name and mark are ours.

Third-party names, logos, and seals shown on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are shown to identify organisations we have served. Their appearance does not imply that those organisations endorse, sponsor, or are affiliated with us, or that we speak for them.
